aquarel 'circle of life'
2012This aquarel tries to let the observer feel that the remainings of the old tree show that it did try, with his last energy, to protect the new life. The new life is stimulated by the beam of sunrays and gets all chance to develop itself
aquarel 'past'
2012This aquarel tries to make visible the remainings of the past that slowly fades away and becomes less visible or dominating. Here it is expressed bij the monuments that are hanging over and the texts that are hardly visible and cannot be read anymore. In time this place changes more and more from a place with memories and emotions to a simple witness of the passed, ruines without memories. The painting goes on in the pass-partout.
